The Kearney Farm

We were invited to go to the family farm, my Uncle Kerry and Aunt Charlotte's house, in Bonham this last weekend. I knew the boys would all be soooo excited so Doug and I chose not to tell them until the night before. The next morning we woke up early and got dressed in our warm clothes to head out. I asked Preston and Grant to put on their clogs thinking we could just spray them off if they got muddy, but Grant insisted he wear his boots (just like a lil' farmer boy).

The twins fell asleep on the way to the farm which was a good thing because it was a full packed day.

The minute we arrived Uncle Kerry and cousin Caleb were out feeding the horses. They have 2 full size and several miniature horses. The boys were in heaven. Grant told me he wanted to ride a black horse and Preston insisted he wanted to ride a pink horse (yes, he does know his colors).

Grant, Preston, Caleb, and Uncle Kerry playing in the hay.

Farm Kitties

Grant and his new friend:)

Connor was really close to getting a horse kiss...he had to move quick:)

Feeding the chickens pancakes

Grant having one of many turns riding horses...I really think he was in heaven!

Preston's turn...

Connor taking a turn with a galloping horse. He and Uncle Kerry just laughed.

What a Cutie Pie!

This is the funniest pic of all...Doug leading Uncle Kerry on a miniature horse.

Before we left I thought I lost Grant, but oh no he and Uncle Kerry were off to get the riding lawn mower and plow their way around the yard.

What a Day!!!

What fun for little boys!! I love the pic of them all in the hay. And Connor's toothless grin? I could eat him up!

I love the new Christmas background too! Looks great!
