Green Meadows Farm

Friday the Kindergarten classes at LaRue Miller Elementary went to the Green Meadows Farm/Pumpkin Patch by Joe Pool Lake. We have never been there before so it was fun to do something new. I went as a chaperon which meant I drove separately but claimed 4 children to watch for the day. I told the teachers that 2 of the 4 kids would have to be my own for this to work out:) We tagged up with Lilly Kate and her mom and had a great time. We saw a 10 minute show that introduced a horse, cow, and a pig race. After that we walked around and got to see/touch a lot of different animals, have lunch, and go on a hayride. Last but not least the kids got to pick a small pumpkin to take home. The kids had a lot of fun!

Waiting for the show to start.

Notice how Preston isn't in the fence with the animals...he was so scared! He wouldn't even go with me.
