We just can't seem to get enough of the Arboretum. It is especially nice to go for free thanks to my sweet friend, Rachel! We finally had another nice weather day and a date on the calendar to meet Rachel so off we went. I didn't tell the boys until the morning of just because plans can always change. I started making lunches to take with us and told the boys I had a surprise. Preston looked at me so sweetly and said, "We going to see Rachel and O at the Arboretum?" What a smart boy:)
Rachel took this pic of Preston and I. He didn't want to smile so I started tickling him and we got an awesome pic...thanks friend:)

Owen and Preston cooking up a treat.

Grant resting impatiently because he wanted to eat lunch at 10:45am.

The three big boys decided they would rearrange the stuff in the play houses. They were at this for quite some time before we realized what they were up to.
Moving cinder blocks

The finished project in the lil' chapel.

What an adorable pic of our buddy...Owen

Preston cheesing for the camera.

After lunch, we took a walk around the water features. The boys just love watching the water mist amongst the plants.

Looking at the BIG fish.

Preston got mad at me because I told him to stay with the group and not walk off. This was him pouting until Ms. Rachel tried to get a smile out of him:)

Then his friend started playing with him so he curled up like a "turtle."

Cute Grant

Love this pic...Grant smilin' with all his dimples and trying to look at something else.

The big boys wanted to ride in our wagon all together, but poor Nosy-Posy got the boot and had to walk like a big boy...notice him in the background.

Last, but not least we stopped off at my new favorite area, the women's water garden. It was warm enough this trip that the boys all put their feet in the water. Before it was all said and done a little more than their feet were in the water...maybe their entire legs!! I caught Owen standing in the water and Preston and Owen thought it appropriate to strip down to their underwear because they were wet. We had a good laugh at both of them!
