Even though we have had a tough week watching Granddaddy become so sick we tried to keep the Halloween activities as normal as possible. We had a lazy morning and then spent the afternoon at our church's Halloween carnival before an evening of door-to-door candy begging:) The boys decided to go as: Connor...Snake Eyes from GI Joe, Grant...Incredible Hulk because he was green (favorite color) and had muscles, and Preston...Blue Batman.
The boys waiting in line for the first of two bounce houses.

The big and lil' twins:)

Playing a drop the gold coin in the watery cup game...
If this isn't the funniest video then I don't know what is. Preston had those hips a movin' trying to keep the hula hoop up:)
Preston giving Grant some moral support before starting the golf game. I LOVE this pic!

Grant LOVES horses so this just made his day when he realized the horses he rode earlier in the week for school were back for the carnival.

Preston's turn...

and Connor...

Gotta luv catchin' a fish even if it is plastic.
I don't even need to tell you what color Grant picked:)

Best buddies...Grant, Lilly Kate (cowgirl), and Preston

The boys in front of a Halloween display. We were either sick or it was raining so we never made it out to get pics with pumpkins...so sad! Preston is posing with his peace sign...this is a new thing for pics:)

Before we left the last ride the kids rode was an inflatable bull ride. We got pics of all 3 before the ride started and as they were falling off...pretty funny!

We then came home and went trick or treating. Jax wasn't very excited about being dressed up, but come to find out he was cutting a new tooth. Maybe next year we will get a better pic of the grandkids...or not since we will then have a 6 month old nephew:)

The yearly Halloween pic in front of our house.

Papa pulling the tired out twins in the wagon down the street.

The loot of candy...

Jax enjoying his favorite snack...cheese.

The boys all got to stay up late since it was also time change night. I think they ended up watching Batman.

What a night. I forgot to mention that Grant fell in a puddle of water 5 houses into the trick-or-treating. He decided to sit in the wagon and pout while Connor and Preston had all the fun. I don't think he really cared though because after all he still got his new costume to play in for the next year!
