Since I don't have much going on these days because the hospital is so slow I tagged along with Shelley and went shopping. I think I bought a few items of clothing for the boys that were on sale, but that was the extent of my spending. I was suppose to have both Grant and Preston with me, but at the very last minute Grant invited himself to tag along with Doug on one of the lasts days he was going to be home before starting his new job. I'm thinking great...one on one time with Preston:) ...that is always exciting for me to get the boys by themselves for the day. As soon as we got to the mall we took the cousins to the merry-go-round for some fun. Preston had a blast, but Jax had other thoughts about the adventure. The poor child cried from the minute his momma put him on the horse until he got off. I even felt a bit sorry for him watching him scream as the ride went round and round.

This was the look on Jax's face right after getting off the horse. Shelley and Preston were still happy, but not the lil' man.

We went to lunch and then back home so that we could take naps and pick Connor up from school. Preston is sooo nurturing and sweet to Jax.

Preston was excited to take a nap in mom's bed that day, but Grant unfortunately missed his. He told me when he got home that he got to drive an excavator and move a tree from a creek bed and did all kinds of boy stuff. Poor thing fell asleep on the couch right at dinner time from such an exhausting day:)
