Ms. Keri, the children's minister, at our church sent the boys birthday cards this last week. On the card it states that if you bring it back to Ms. Keri you can pick a prize out of the birthday treasure chest. The boys were soooo excited and rushed to her office after Sunday School . She knelt down with them and it didn't take that long for them to quickly decide what they were taking home. Preston picked a paddle ball toy that said "Jesus Loves Me" and Grant picked..............(drum roll please).....................a green whoopie cushion. I know he picked it because it was green, but when the child got in the car and realized what it did I don't think I heard one bit of silence the rest of the way home. All three boys sat in the back seat making fart noises and laughing hysterically for 20 minutes.....it was so funny Doug and I were laughing right along with them. Look how far I have come in 8 years. I swore my kids would never wear camouflage and now that is the least of my problems. BOYS GOTTA LOVE 'EM!

As Boy Moms, there is so much compromise. I hated camo too, and now both kids own some. Such a funny story! <3
