A Blustery Day At The Arbor

Rachel and I now plan our get togethers around the Midlothian ISD school schedule reluctantly enough! We had this bright idea of getting together the first week the boys were out for Christmas break away from the crowds at the Dallas Arboretum. She still has free passes and it was suppose to be a sunny 65 degrees. Perfect for letting the boys run around and play in the little houses and time for Connor to love on sweet Jonesy. WRONG! This might have been the biggest mistake we have jointly made yet:) We were all bundled up in layers and arrived to a cloudy very cool Arbo. Most of the boys had fun, but the first chance we had to go inside and eat lunch we did! Thankfully we weren't kicked out into the cold. We ate lunch and celebrated Noah's birthday with leftover cupcakes that Ms. Rachel was so kind to bring for everyone. Noah had just turned the big 4 the day before. Next time I think we might reconsider crowds vs warmth...lesson learned!

Connor just loves babies:)

Grant found this gigantic leaf...I think it was almost as big as him!

5 of 6 boys...man we make some cutie patoodies!
It is great to have wonderful friends!
