Connor came home from school Wednesday ready to make his jack-o-lantern. He has been wanting to cut his pumpkin up for 2 weeks and I wouldn't let him touch it because last year by Halloween we had a pumpkin that was dilapidated. It is so fun to think that last year Connor didn't have the strength or patience to carve his pumpkin and this year he didn't want any help at all.

While Connor was busy working on his pumpkin, I baked pumpkin seeds for the first time ever... they were actually pretty good:)

I need to find out how you made your pumpkin seeds. I have made two batches, but neither one turned out very good.
