Happy Birthday Connor

The weekend after Connor's birthday we had a big get together with 40 family members and friends. I didn't realize how many people I had invited until I was taking a head count for food and supplies. I was more worried where everyone was going to fit more than anything. It all ended up working out perfect. We fed the kids dinner first and by the time they were finished eating the adults were just getting thru the line. I told Connor that I was planning any party games and that they could just play whatever wherever. The kids didn't seem to mind that a bit. They played outside, in the bedrooms, and upstairs...they were everywhere! It was funny how kids that don't even know each other get along so well. Connor opened his presents after dinner and received a lot of wonderful things...especially money. I think he ended up with around $120. He decided to buy a new game for the Wii and then told me to put the rest in his bank account. That is my responsible little man...so proud of him for not throwing it all away!!! We then had cake and sugared everyone up and then slowly our friends left for the evening. I think a great time was had by all.
