MIdlothian Homecoming Parade 2010

For the last several years Aunt Shelley and I try to take all the boys to the parade and check things out. This year we met up after I picked the boys up from school and a quick stop to Sonic for happy hour treats. Grant was exhausted from school, but the rest of the boys wanted to know why the parade wasn't starting right then. We had to get to our spot early enough so that we had a good place to sit along side the road. Thirty minutes passed and then the firetruck came into sight. The boys all had a blast!

That look cracks me up...Jake.

We tried multiple times to get a pic of all the grandkids, but not everyone would cooperate at the same time. I am standing in the road barking orders to the kids and Shelley just got plain tickled. I have to admit that it was pretty funny.

Honey ended up skipping out of work early to come play with us.

Connor and Grant watching the floats pass by. Connor was so funny chanting for everyone as they passed bye.

GOOD TIMES!
